Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Oasis Luxe pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items returned outside this window or not in original condition will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@oasisluxe.co with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be requested before sending items back — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded as store credit. Refunds to original payment method are only available for items that arrive faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, processing takes 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, final sale items, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
